Royal Chocolate Debauve & Gallais, a chocolate supplier of French aristocracy, has opened its flagship boutique at Dubai International Financial Center. The factory was founded in 1800 by Sulpike Debuy, the staff pharmacist of King Louis XVI, and his nephew. Everything in the new boutique for lovers of sweets reflects the spirit of the royal era: silk brocade on the walls, original antiques, and hand-painted murals. For the preparation of chocolate of this brand, cocoa beans from Mexico, Ecuador and Venezuela are used: 99% of the delicacy consists of pure chocolate, the remaining 1% is equal to sugar and vanilla.
