Dubai, UAE. Sunday, February 3, on the territory of the United Arab Emirates it turned out to be rainy, windy and cool - it was precisely this weather that the Arabian nature of Pope Francis met, who begins his historic visit to the country.

In many regions of the country, the temperature dropped below 20 ° C, and in some places there is rain with a thunderstorm and strong gusts of wind. Forecasters say that showers fell on such emirates as Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah.

The National Center for Meteorology issued a warning to all residents about the need to "be prepared" for weather changes and to comply with the recommendations of the authorities. It is expected that the weather will remain cloudy on Monday, February 4.

On Tuesday, February 05, the day of the pontiff’s solemn mass at the Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi, where tens of thousands of Catholics will gather, the weather will begin to improve: the rains will pass only in places, partly cloudy is expected.
