From September 15, 2018, the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Abu Dhabi (UAE) will receive visitors mainly by appointment.
Using pre-recording via the Internet will streamline the procedure for receiving and processing documents, and will increase the efficiency of servicing visitors at the consular post by properly organizing the queue for submitting documents.
The new system will allow to optimize and speed up the service, provide the opportunity to plan a visit, reduce the number of refusals in paperwork and related repeated calls to the consular post. All this will lead to a significant reduction in the waiting time in a live queue.

Through the electronic recording system, you can make an appointment on one or more issues, reschedule the appointment or cancel the visit.
Reception of visitors is carried out on Tuesday from 17:00 to 20:00 (by appointment only), as well as on Sunday and Thursday from 10:30 to 13:00 - in a live queue and by appointment. At the same time, visitors by appointment are served out of turn.
