The UAE President issued an amnesty order for 704 prisoners on the eve of Eid al-Adha.
His Highness President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan issued an amnesty order for 704 people in honor of Eid al-Adha. Amnestied prisoners were convicted of crimes of varying severity.
Sheikh Khalifa will also close all financial obligations of the amnestied.
This act of mercy of the President of the UAE gives a chance to the pardoned to begin a new life and alleviate the suffering of their families.
