At the information technology exhibition GITEX, which was held in mid-October of this year, HTC Corporation, the world leader in the development of mobile phones, introduced two new models - HTC Touch 3G and HTC Touch HD.
The HTC Touch 3G model does not have a keyboard; work with the device is carried out using the TouchFLO proprietary touch interface that copies the capabilities of the iPhone. All control falls on the touch screen. Support for third-generation networks also guarantees excellent quality and high speed communications. It is possible to easily work with sites and receive mail. The device has 256 MB of flash memory, 192 MB of RAM, microSD-slot, 2.8-inch touch screen, 3.2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth modules.
The main "highlight" of HTC Touch HD, distinguishing it from previous representatives of the HTC Touch series, is a wide display that occupies almost the entire front surface of the mobile phone and is capable of displaying 65,536 colors. The device weighing 146 g has a very attractive design of its black case. The phone is equipped with a 5-megapixel main camera and an additional VGA-camera, has WiFi and Bluetooth functions. The device, as well as HTC Touch 3G smartphones, is running the Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional operating system.
These new items will be available starting in November. Smartphone HTC Touch 3G will be available in two color options: golden and blue, priced at 2199 drx (US $ 599). Price HTC Touch HD will be 3499 drx (US $ 953).
