According to the plan, the work on the implementation of which had actually begun some time ago, even before the completion of its formulation, the main goal of the development of Dubai is to take care of the happiness and well-being of people. The ruler of Dubai called on all state organizations to bring their own strategic plans into line with the general plan and work together to implement it.
