MEET. BODISM IS A HIGH-INTENSIVE INTERVAL TRAINING THAT CONQUERED EUROPE AND RACES IN THE UAE.

King plays retinue

If fate has brought you to London, you should definitely stay at the luxurious Bulgari Hotel, where Australian James Dyugan, the inventor of bodism and the author of the book on a healthy diet, "Clean and lean diet," conducts bodybuilding training. It was Dugan who was entrusted with their bodies by El MacPherson, Hugh Grant, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Lara Stone and David Gandhi.

Bodism is the science of a slim, healthy, athletic body, which is achieved through training according to an individually designed program, as well as proper nutrition, hormonal testing every 2-4 weeks, analysis of body composition (how much fat, water and muscle mass are in it) and 3-5 training seminars. Everything is very unusual. Good trainers, like good doctors, are worth their weight in gold, and this is understandable, because often we not only trust our bodies to them, but also devote many of the nuances of our personal lives.

A modest guy from Adelaide (South Australia), from a poor James family who still remembers his hungry childhood and second-hand shirts, came to conquer Britain with only 50 dollars in his pocket. From childhood, he dreamed of creating a fitness technique, but, having emigrated to London, at first he only acquired the habits of a nomadic lifestyle, interrupting casual work in a bar, often without even money to pay for a room. However, James did not waste time in vain and decided to concentrate on studying nutrition, massage and physical training, working with private clients, among whom he once met Tom Kening-Oppenheimer's PR shark. He helped him open his room by providing an office. Today, after classes with James, the clients do not leave the hall, as usual, but literally go out, feeling that they have thrown off five years, several kilograms and all the negative energy that has accumulated in the body.

But the main thing is that the muscles in his technique are dried, not pumped - this is important for girls. As a rule, a warm-up warm-up is allotted for 20 minutes of an hour-long workout - these are simple stretching and flexibility exercises, squats that give incredible results. “We spend a lot of time on the body, especially the tightened buttocks, which many trainers miss in the kinetic chain of the body,” says James Dugan. “In the end, you get stiff hamstrings and lower back pain because the buttocks don't work.” Another secret of Bodism - high-intensity interval training, better known as HIIT - you need to ride a bicycle at full power, alternating between riding with low-intensity exercises - walking at a slow pace on the crosstrain or on the Versa Climber counter-stairs. "I can assure you, people often harm themselves when they run a lot or exercise too much, raising levels of cortisol (stress hormone), and then the fat is deposited on their stomach," says Dugan.

In great shape

Many of us are familiar with the situation when the rule praised by fitness trainers to regularly visit the gym did not bring the desired results. And all because walking often does not mean training correctly. For example, it seems to you that shaping is one hundred percent yours, and sensitive bodybuilding experts will tell you that you need to do yoga or Pilates more likely, otherwise you will completely drive yourself, and there will be no sense in it. Bodybuilding allows you to effectively engage in aerobics or yoga, without increasing cortisol, but for girls, the main plus of the HIIT method is that it increases testosterone, which decreases over the years. “At the age of 20, when I went in for sports, I often noticed that after training I was broken and irritated,” says James. “Once I asked myself:“ Where is the reward for all my work? When will I start to feel good? "And I changed the training program, started playing sports exclusively for pleasure, practicing yoga, and immediately felt more strong and healthy."

By the way, the dishes from James Dugan's book A Clean and Lean Diet deserve all praise: blueberry pancakes with buckwheat, fried peach with cream and pistachios, banana cupcakes, coconut shrimps and lemongrass, shrimps with peas and tarragon, cold mascarpone with roasted coconut, cold ... Another recommendation - you need to exclude from the diet all foods with a high content of toxins: coffee, alcohol, refined sugar and processed foods. The pearl of this diet is the Clean & Lean Body Brilliance dietary supplement (an organic blend of protein, green plants and fiber) that tastes like chocolate, which James personally developed and recommends adding for breakfast in a smoothie with cabbage, spinach and ginger that launches your metabolism at full capacity.

“In just two months of training a couple of times a week, I achieved my goals,” says actor Hugh Grant. “The body is sculpted, muscular, but without excess mass. The percentage of body fat is 7% - friends were stunned by my results. I also became extremely flexible , I have less muscle pain after playing sports. " Since supermodels, Hollywood actors and stars of show business were able to organize their fitness regimen as efficiently, conveniently and quickly as possible with the help of Bodism, you will succeed. There is no doubt about it.
