Dubai Properties Group has announced its unique Marasi Business Bay project, which involves the construction of the longest promenade in the Emirates - 12 km - with floating restaurants and cafes, shopping areas, residential buildings by the water, entertainment facilities and five palm trees surrounded by palm trees.
Marasi Business Bay will be based on the Dubai Canal project and is intended to become the main attraction of the emirate in the future. This project, the total investment in which exceeds 1 billion dirhams, will be developed in stages. The first phase - Promenade - will be completed by September 2016, along with the opening of the project of the channel itself. It will be followed by The Park and The Yacht Club. A significant part of the project will be implemented by 2020, and the general work will be completed by 2023. Marasi Business Bay will be divided into three main thematic areas: yacht club, park and pier.
