Emaar unveils the world's tallest tower project in Dubai Creek

According to the chairman of Emaar Properties Mohammed Alabbar, the height of the tower by 100 meters will exceed the 828-meter skyscraper Bourge Khalifa.

The architect of the tower will be Santiago Calatrava. It is known that in a building resembling a bud in its appearance, ten observation platforms will be located, including the Pinnacle Room, from which a panoramic view of the entire city and the territory beyond. The bud will serve as a luminous beacon at night thanks to a special lighting system. The most exciting feature of The Tower will be the cable network, which will stretch across the tower in the style of lily leaves. Among the 10 observation platforms there will be two VIP platforms, which will recreate the Hanging Gardens of Babylon with their structure.

The central square adjacent to the tower will serve as a community center with shopping pavilions, a museum, educational institutions, as well as an indoor auditorium. The opening of the Tower is scheduled for mid-2020.
