Yes, this restaurant is not affordable for everyone. Dinner, consisting of two dishes and sweets, will cost, according to conservative estimates, 400 dirhams per person, and this is without alcohol. But if you can afford to spend such amounts on a good and memorable lunch or dinner, then read on.

The first impression is the luxurious "backstage" of the restaurant. Since it is located right on the open-air beach and directly at the foot of the Burj Al Arab hotel, whose evening illumination creates a chic and at the same time relaxing atmosphere, the restaurant itself does not need to create some kind of its own interior - it would only distract from the delights environment. Snow-white tablecloths, multi-colored lanterns, comfortable light armchairs, about 30 tables on a stone podium and several right on the sand. Very elegant, romantic and even intimate, since there is very little lighting - the moon, stars and Burj Al Arab. The music from the bar adjacent to the restaurant also pleasantly surprises - not the faceless lounge music, but an interesting and at the same time unobtrusive remix of hits from the 90s to the very latest. Impeccable service - this goes without saying, since it is a minimum in institutions of this kind. Despite the fact that Villa Beach is a fine dining segment restaurant, you can spend an evening here with children who have the opportunity to run around the adjacent beach area, without disturbing anyone, while parents, in no hurry, enjoy dinner.

The menu was updated in the month of October. The British chef Daniel Hillier combined elements of the most famous cuisines of the world - French, Italian, Japanese and Caribbean, adding some of their individual elements to it. So, for example, Italian fresh burrata cheese instead of the usual tomato is served with citrus fruits. Or Norwegian salmon in apple and celery remoulade - unexpectedly and tasty. There are also classic options in elegant design - sushi and sashimi with wasabi and ginger, Spanish paella with crab, shrimp and shellfish, Norwegian salmon with kipfler potatoes and Dutch sauce, Russian pancakes with caviar. Fresh fish is delivered to the restaurant from around the world, so the choice on the menu is not limited to what the Persian or Omani Gulfs offer. A nice detail: despite the fact that the Villa Beach serves gourmet cuisine, the portions here are quite voluminous. Two dishes (appetizer and main) can be full. In addition, before starting the meal you will be offered warm bread of our own production. Truffle was especially liked - as a foretaste of an upscale dinner.

For starters, we recommend a fresh lobster salad or a warm octopus salad. By the way, the octopus is very soft, and not "rubber", which once again proves the skill of the chef. The main dish, if you are together, you can choose assorted seafood (lobster, crab, octopus, mussels, fillet of sea bass) in a performance reminiscent of French, but it is served with hummus and other Arabic sauces. For dessert - an orange cake with dark chocolate and tangerine sorbet, or an ice cream cake on Alaska rum with meringue and raisins. For those who are not familiar with the Alaska recipe: this is ice cream baked in the oven.

Despite the rather high prices, the restaurant is always full of visitors, which is a reliable indicator of its quality. So it is better to book a table for dinner in advance.
