Ristorante is the result of a collaboration between an Italian designer and Meraas F&B Concepts Division, a mixture of Italian traditions and Dubai eclecticism. This restaurant is located in the heart of the boutique. Meraas F&B Concepts Division has created a space in which guests can pamper themselves and feel true Italian hospitality.
Chef Domenico Santagada is young, but has been working in star restaurants around the world for over 10 years. For Antonio Marras, he developed a breakfast menu — available from 10 AM to noon — and an authentic a la carte menu, as well as separate menus for lunch and dinner.
Every detail of the interior emphasizes some facet of the personality of Antonio Marras. The parquet is made of recycled oak and laid either with a classic Christmas tree, then with Versailles squares, or with complex geometric shapes. On top of the walls, designed personally by Antonio Marras, are carpets from Aubusson with floral patterns. And the choice of furniture and accessories refers to the traditions of Italian modernism: for example, an old piano, yellowed retro books, ballet tutus. A crystal chandelier purchased in antique stores in Europe and specially delivered to Dubai.
They say that Antonio Marras personally selected all the details of the interior of the boutique and restaurant in order to maintain the brand atmosphere of his brand. And this idea exceeded all expectations.
