A concert by Joseph Tavardos, one of the world's leading artists who masterfully owns the technique of playing the oud, will be held in the chamber hall of the Dubai Opera as part of the Music in the Studio program on September 26.
Joseph Tavadros, an Egyptian by birth, is known for his brilliant technique, cheerful style of performance. His desire to expand musical boundaries led to collaboration with renowned performers of innovative, original music.
In 1986, he received a medal from the Prime Minister of New Zealand for the development of culture and art. He was also awarded the Order of Australia for his contribution to the development of music in 2016.
