There was a fire in the Dubai area of Deira, some of the roads are blocked.
Dubai, UAE. Three cars caught fire at noon, May 12, in Deira, near Dubai International Airport. According to the Dubai Civil Defense Committee, the fire also spread to the nearest warehouse where gas cylinders were stored.
Many Dubai dwellers could watch black smoke puffs near the airport. Fire brigades from Port Said, Al Hamriyah and Al Rashidiyah stations were pulled to the scene. For security reasons, police blocked nearby streets. As noted, the fire did not affect the operation of the airport.
