The international hotel brand will open in Dubai a new hotel in two towers.
Hyatt Hotels, a hotel operator, has signed an agreement with Wasl Asset Management Group as part of its plans to open a Andaz brand at Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.
Andaz Dubai The Palm is due to open in the last quarter of 2019. It will be the first Andaz brand in Dubai and the second Andaz hotel in the UAE.
The hotel will occupy two 15-story towers with 217 rooms and 116 serviced apartments. Andaz Dubai will offer four restaurants and exclusive access to the beach.
Hyatt is preparing to open another facility in Dubai - the Hyatt Centric La Mer Dubai. Its launch is expected to happen next year.
