Dubai and Moscow are among the ten best cities in the world to live in 2019.
Dubai, UAE. Dubai took the 9th place in the ranking of the best cities in the world for living in 2019 World's Best Cities, prepared by Resonance Consultancy. In addition, Dubai has been recognized as the best city to live in the Middle East region.
It should be noted that Moscow also entered the global top 10 (6th place), and London, Paris and New York took the lead in the world ranking. The rating was compiled on the basis of 6 parameters: the quality of the natural and urban environment, attractions and infrastructure, the development of entrepreneurship, the number of immigrants; as well as the development of art, entertainment and cooking.
Such factors as Dubai’s low crime rate, development of urban areas, good weather conditions and opportunities for outdoor recreation helped Dubai to take a high place in the ranking.
