One of the busiest metro stations in Dubai has been renamed.
Dubai Freezone DMCC announced on Monday the renaming of Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) metro station to DMCC.
This station is one of the busiest in Dubai. This year, more than 5.5 million passengers have taken advantage of it.
JLT is a multi-functional, vibrant community of 68 towers with commercial and residential facilities.
In 2017, DMCC announced the creation of the new Uptown Dubai premium area, which offers world-class commercial, residential and retail space, including hotels, restaurants, leisure areas and two mega towers.
