Palm Jumeirah Dubai to launch new entertainment center this year

Nakheel is preparing a new multi-million dollar project at Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.

Dubai-based developer Nakheel has unveiled its Pointe Entertainment and Restaurant Center worth AED 800 million ($ US 217.8 million). It opens on Palm Jumeirah in the fourth quarter of the year.

The attraction is an area of ​​1.4 million square meters. ft. will include 100 shops and restaurants across from two large fountains.

The main objects of the projects include a 1.5 km long promenade, a cinema, a children's playground, a supermarket, gyms, beauty salons, gift shops and parking for 2 thousand cars.

The project will be connected to the island’s transport system, including the monorail, which Atlantis currently serves as the endpoint.

According to media representatives who were able to appreciate the attraction, the project has some similarities with the beach resort Club Vista Mare from Nakheel, but on a much larger scale
