In Dubai, the case of death threats is being heard during a broadcast on a social network.
A 28-year-old woman of Emirate descent who threatened to kill another woman and destroy her restaurant during an Instagram feed lasting a little less than 2 minutes, on Wednesday, December 26, she was sentenced to a three-month suspended sentence.
Recall that in July she was sentenced by a Dubai court of first instance to three months in prison.
The presiding judge dismissed the applicant’s civil lawsuit and said that the accused’s phone number used on Instagram would be confiscated.
