HOT THIRTY "RUSSIAN EMIRATES"

Our dear readers, advertisers, admirers and just those who are looking forward to the release of each new issue, as well as those who do not like us, but thereby stimulate the editors to accomplish all new feats! You are holding the 30th issue of the magazine in which we present the “hot” 30th most outstanding events and meetings, people and conversations that left an indelible mark on our short but glorious history! Editorial life is like a game of golf. You never know which “hole” you will get from the first hit. And if there are 30 holes on our field, which contradicts the 18-hole champion standard, in terms of the number of accurate hits we are approaching the records of the legendary Tiger Woods!

In the beginning was the word! And unprintable. The first website in the UAE’s media space was the Russian Emirates website. The birthday of Russian Emirates is April 10, 2001. It was on this day that the first 50 pages were published on the site www.emirat.ru. EIGHT years passed almost imperceptibly.
2003 - the beginning of the publication of the tourist guide “Keys of the East” - the first printed project of “Russian Emirates”, published at that time under the patronage of the Russian Trade Center in the UAE.
2004 - the official opening of the company "Russian Emirates" and the release of the first issue of the magazine of the same name. It happened exactly FIVE years ago.
“In the shadow” of the editors of “Russian Emirates”, a wonderful international project “Water Area of Beautiful Life” is being published, published in Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Europe, and which we are happy to develop in the UAE.
2005 - we enlist the friendly support of the Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing of the Government of Dubai, and in particular the Moscow office of the representative office, represented by its General Director Sergey Georgievich Kanayev, with whom we are friends to this day.
A construction boom has struck in Dubai! Real estate advertisers were reaching out to us, so actively that I had to remove the "Real Estate" heading from the Russian Emirates magazine, first in a special application, and then in 2005, in a specialized independent publication, Business Emirates.
March 2006 - the creation of the Moskovsky club in partnership with the largest Russian supermarket Moskovsky Deli in Dubai
2007 - Sergey Tokarev represents the Russian diaspora of the UAE at the Second World Congress of Compatriots in St. Petersburg. The first “high” interview was with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
2007 - we are received at the highest level! Meeting of our CEO Sergey Tokarev with President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin during a gala dinner in the Kremlin in honor of National Unity Day.
2007 - Opening of the representative office of the Russian Emirates advertising agency in Kiev.
The first official visit of V.V. Putin, then still in the rank of the President of the Russian Federation, to the UAE in October 2007. Among those accompanying the Russian President was the then Metropolitan of Smolensk and Kaliningrad, Kirill, who today became the Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church - Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill.
2007 - the creation of the Coordinating Council of Russian Compatriots in the UAE, the first chairman of which was our CEO Sergey Tokarev.
2008 - registration in the UAE of the publishing house "Russian Emirates"!
The editors received an official congratulation from Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, on the opening of the site of Russian compatriots in Africa and the Middle East, created with the financial support of the Russian Emirates company.
