UAE telecommunications company Etisalat has introduced a new service that allows you to exchange the SIM card registered to the subscriber numbers via the Internet.
The new service, opened on the service portal www.etisalat.ae/online, makes it possible to exchange a lost, stolen or damaged SIM card for a new one, without having to visit the Etisalat office. You can exchange online both Wasel SIM cards and GSM. The cost of the service is only 25 dirhams (US $ 6.79).
Delivery of a new SIM card is carried out by courier to your home or office. This service is provided free of charge. Applicants have two payment options - either in cash upon receipt, or by credit card at the time of order. To gain access to the service, the subscriber must be a registered user of the Etisalat portal.
